Our goal is to help reduce worry and stress. Most people believe that hospice only provides the care a person requires during the final days of life. As we understand it, hospice care means much more than that. Hospice care can begin much earlier than during a loved one’s last days, and it can improve the quality of life for everyone involved in caring for those with life-limiting conditions. The people we serve feel the benefits of our care, confidence, and compassion immediately.
Palliative care is the general term given to end-of-life care that focuses on patient comfort rather than recovery- when getting better is no longer an option.
After we develop a palliative care everyday hands on assistance will ensure that the patient suffers as little as possible and is allowed to reach the end of their life with minimum pain and suffering, and with as much dignity as possible. Our Person Centered Approach to Care Includes:
Our highly certified, passionate team of certified caregivers deliver seamless care, augmented by comprehensive e-records, smart devices and more. In addition to support for activities of daily living (ADLs), Family First Homecare has a full range of services that put patients and families in control, giving them hope about their last days, weeks and months together.
