We provide in home care assistance weekly, live-in, transitional, respite or a 4 hour minimum per day, per client.
Yes, however the client must submit the claim with the weekly paid invoice and pay us directly. With Assignment of Benefits, we will issue a Weekly Paid Invoice for the client to submit. If you will be utilizing LTC Insurance please contact them and find out their claims process and what they require claim/invoice to say. For example some insurances require: A Itemized Completed Care Completed list.
Family First Homecare will not contact the LTC insurance on the clients behalf. The client must reach out to their insurance to activate the benefit and learn how much will be granted on a day to day basis for homecare. We can accept the max benefit from your LTC insurance and the remaining amount can be paid by credit card, ACH or Check.
We accept Private Pay, ACH, Zelle (If your Bank has this feature), Debit and Credit Card. Our billing is weekly with a net 3 day term for care provided the week prior.

All of our in-home care providers receive the State Specific Certification and are CPR/AED certified. We also provide ongoing training to ensure employees are always up-to-date on new techniques, technologies and strategies.
Yes, as long as outside agencies are allowed to provide services within the facility. If it is allowed, this can be a great option for a client to receive one-on-one care and attention.
